The overtime laws generally allow you to compute your past due wages up to four years back.
You may be entitled interest on your unpaid wages, "waiting time" penalties which could be up to thirty days pay, and you may also be due double (liquidated) damages of your overtime if you have a federal FLSA claim. Since January 1, 2000, you may be able to collect an additional $100 for each pay period that you are not paid your overtime.
