Most cases are resolved without any appearance in court being necessary. Often, a claimant may have to give a deposition in a lawyer’s office, which may take a few hours of your time. Your lawyer will prepare you in advance and accompany you. Otherwise, the only time required is the time necessary to help your lawyer get and provide the facts necessary to pursue your claim.
